By booking an appointment, purchasing a service or product, or using the Blissful Angel’s Massage website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Bookings
Appointments are subject to availability. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information.
Treatment Information
Before receiving a service, clients should disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, injuries, recent procedures, pregnancy, medications where relevant to treatment safety, or other circumstances that may affect the suitability of a service. Blissful Angel’s Massage may modify, postpone or decline a treatment when reasonably necessary for safety.
Our wellness and spa services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Professional Conduct
Blissful Angel’s Massage provides professional wellness and spa services. Appropriate behaviour is required at all times. Sexual, threatening, abusive, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. A treatment may be stopped immediately where necessary to protect a client or team member.
Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed online are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and any clearly disclosed charges are added where required. Prices, availability and promotional offers may change from time to time.
Enhancements & Add-ons
Enhancements and add-ons are optional and may extend the appointment duration. Availability depends on the selected service, practitioner and appointment schedule.
Promotions & Discounts
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Promotions may have expiry dates, minimum-spend requirements or other eligibility conditions disclosed with the offer.
Gift Certificates, Packages & Memberships
Additional conditions may apply to gift certificates, packages and memberships and will be provided when purchased. Any expiry or usage restrictions will be applied subject to applicable Ontario law.
Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting the premises. Blissful Angel’s Massage is not responsible for lost or misplaced property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Website & Online Purchases
Website information is provided for general informational and booking purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep service descriptions, prices and availability accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If an error materially affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.
Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy requirements.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. The version published on our website at the time of a transaction or booking will apply where appropriate.
